KRISTALBELLI FEATURED IN METROMIX

“Korean entertainment mogul J.Y. Park‘s first New York venture is set to up the K-Town lounging game big with Kristalbelli, a restaurant and lounge where diners cook on proprietary crystal grills that heat the meat using infrared rays. Worried your fresh white linen suit will smell like charred wagyu? A down-draft system drags the smoke out faster than you can say, “Are we still on for karaoke tonight?” The main menu focuses on barbecue, with ingredients ranging from rib eye and pork belly to scallops to market vegetables. A separate lounge menu serves small plates including the sushi-like Chadol Chobap (thinly sliced beef brisket over rice ball), Gujeolpan (nine assorted vegetables and beef with thin rice paper for rolling), and Mung Bean Pancake (freshly ground mung bean with beef and vegetables).”
