“Why? Because there are in-table burners with downdraft, son.
Things just got fancy in K-town. Not doilies and Impressionism fancy, but crystals in your table fancy. The tables at the two-story Korean BBQ spot from Seoul-based entertainment mogul J.Y. Park are equipped with built-in crystal grills that cook your Wagyu using infrared rays. The same tables at Kristalbelli also have a downdraft system, keeping the air clean so you don’t tear up and look like a wimp trying to order a Wagyu rib-eye, bulgogi for two with mushroom stew or gujeoplan, a traditional emperor’s dish of assorted vegetables and beef served with crepes.”
